Only 12 miles from Asheville, Totally remodeled contemporary farmhouse, great living room open plan fully stocked kitchen with wall of windows overlooking natural pond, creeks, & fire fly meadow. Hot tub and springs are a hit with the kids! Art of Asheville adorns this beautiful home located on 50 acres of wildlife filled rain forest abutting Nature Conservancy land. 20 minutes to lake Lure, Chimney rock , enjoy the peaceful pace of life in the country easy drive only minutes to town This 2400 ft2 home is totally remodeled with modern appliances, fully stocked kitchen, leather couches, Bose sound system, gas fire pit on covered deck with modular seating, walls of windows and lots of light, the interior is filled with art. Bedding is comfortable with plush duvets and pillows. Four bathrooms offer more privacy. Two bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, four bedrooms have beautiful views, 1 bedroom with bunk beds for the kids. Bottom bunk is a full, the top is a twin. Please feel free to hike in the mountains, swim in the spring fed swimming hole or take in a soak in the hot tub. You may pick blueberries, raspberries or blackberries when the season is right. This fully remodeled house sits on a beautiful meadow surrounded by 50 acres of conserved land, rain forest in the blue ridge mountains! The summers are cool, the fall colors are beautiful, and the winters are Christmas card beautiful with a dusting of snow! We are located up the hill and can be reached by phone if you need anything. Please feel free to call or text if you need something or something is not to your satisfaction. . We are located in the Blue Ridge Mountains at the base of Mt. Little Pisgah, just 16 miles from Blue Ridge Parkway. Temperate rain forest with towering Tulip Magnolias surrounds a large meadow that hosts a fire fly show nightly throughout the summer! At 3,225 feet in elevation makes for cool summer breezes and stunning landscapes! Fall colors are beautiful and we typically get dusted with snow over Christmas! We are on 50 acres of forested land and a beautiful pond which backs up to Nature Conservancy land. The wildlife here is bountiful and the web of life is still intact. It is a beautiful place to slow down and relax. All wheel drive vehicles are recommended but not mandatory while using our gravel driveway in the rain and snow . If you are an experienced driver in the snow then you should have no problem. The driveway is about 2000 feet long and relatively flat until the end which slopes downward. The roads to get here are in excellent shape and regularly maintained. When we get snow, it is usually gone in two days and seldom more than 4" at a time. Have fun!
