Lynda's Legacy is located only 200 steps to the ocean. She just got a complete make over. We used the very calming Front porch grey color in the whole house, as this is our happy place and we like to come here to get away from all our cares and let the beach wind blow in our hair. We would love to share this with you. King size bed in Master bedroom. Queen size beds in other 2 bedrooms. Single day bed in upstairs nook. You can sit on the front porch and hear the ocean waves. We have tried to make Lynda's Legacy into a home away from home for you. We have kept it simple, clean, and welcoming. This home is located in the Garden City area that highly sought after. Located close to the Garden City Pier for nightly entertainment and to the Garden City Main Street where great restaurants, ice cream shops, and the Pavilion Arcade is located. We hope that you can leave all of your life's stresses and come to Lynda's Legacy and rest in one of God's great creations. We hope you make some wonderful family memories that will bring you great joy through out your life. Professional Cleaning and Linen is Provided for each stay. Must be 25 to rent the home. We do not accommodate high school or college groups. For the health and safety of all the guests, pets are not permitted. The main floor master bedroom has a king bed, en suite bath, and walk-in closet. Bedrooms two and three upstairs have queen beds, there is a full hall bath and one of the bedrooms has a half bath. The single bed in the nook at the top of the stairs is perfect for the smaller children of the group. There are 50 inch TV's in all bedrooms for night time enjoyment. The living room has a great sectional with a 55 inch TV for all of the family to be able to enjoy together after a long day at the beach. Outside enjoy the top balcony or excellent seating under the house that will provide great shade from the sunny days at the beach. You will have access to the entire house, except for 1 owners closet. I will be available by phone or email to assist you during your stay. You are only 200 feet from the beach and only minutes from hundreds of restaurants, entertainment venues, and shopping. Garden City is a perfect Family beach, but only about 20 to 40 minutes to Myrtle Beach depending on traffic. The house is centrally located between the Garden City Pier and the Surfside Pier. Enjoy Breakfast at the Surfside Pier and then for live bands and entertainment the Garden City Pier is the local hot spot. There are many public parks near the house. Your are only minutes away from Murrells Inlet, (famous for it's Seafood Restaurants) where you will find Deep sea fishing and the beautiful Marsh. Car or Uber or your more than welcome to rent a golf cart from on the local rental placed. The single bed in the nook upstairs does not have a private door.
