The house has a pool table, a ping pong table and two golf carts which can be taken to the beach. There are 3 swimming pools, a gym and tennis courts in the community. The host can be contacted at any time during the hours of 8:00 am to 9 pm Eastern Time. The home is located in a gated community which has 3 swimming pools. It is located less than a mile from the water park and flea market and is located between the Surfside and Garden City piers where you can enjoy a day of fishing. There are many local restaurants, golf courses, putt putt courses, etc. Enjoy spectacular shows at dinner or after dinner, all within a short distance. The house has two bedrooms with twin beds. In each of these rooms, there are two mattress pads to accommodate some of the guests. The beds in the house will accommodate 10 guests and the mattress pads an additional 4 guests.
