It’s an older house built in the 1950s but It’s been renovated The space is one side of a duplex with a huge backyard. Just bring your clothes and BYOB, I have everything else you will need. Bedroom 1 is a queen size mattress comfort cool gel that sleeps 2 comfortably. Bedroom 2 is a full size PURPLE mattress that sleeps 2 comfortably. Bed #3 is a huge comfortable sofa that sleeps anyone under 6’6” very comfortably. Sleeps 1-2 depending how close you want to be if you take the cushions off. Bed #4 is another couch that sleeps 1. Bed #5 is a self inflating and deflating queen size air mattress. There are also 2 sleeping bags, plenty of blankets, pillows, and floor space to rest your weary head on. No need to cleanup, I got you covered. Just place all dirty items in the laundry room before you depart and wad up any bedding you have used on the bed you slept on. You can access the entire rental including the huge side yard, front porch, and back patio Call or text preferably. I have a coded lockbox with the key in it. I can give you the code and respect your privacy or I can be your tour guide as a Lexington native, the choice is yours. If you have any problems arise, contact me and I’ll get it solved. I’m friendly and easy to get along with. I will be off-site during your entire stay, but I’m easily accessible for any of your needs. Quiet and one of the most diverse neighborhood’s in Lexington, KY with house on a corner lot and big yard UBER or LYFT anywhere as I have free ride codes for new users. As a former driver I can even schauffer you around if need be in my SUV that comfortablly seats 7 plus driver for a reasonable price. Just a small drive, Uber/Lyft (FREE CODES to ALL new users included) to downtown, Horsepark, Airport, Keeneland, Distillery District, Bourbon Trail, University of KY campus, bars, awesome restuarants, travelling sports venues, Legacy Bike Trail, Raven Run, Red River Gorge, or the Pinnacles. Please be kind and if you eat/drink, break, or damage leave a tip to replace it for the next guest. If you order any movies, shows, etc that aren’t FREE on the apps on my televisions you will be charged the full amount of the purchase. I offer a wide variety of channels and apps for your viewing pleasure along with plenty of in house free television on DVD & VHS for free.
