Great value: sleeps six on 20 acres! Upstairs is a large room with a king-size bed and a couch (my brother-in-law’s favorite place to sleep!). Main level bedroom is a queen bed and a pull out double sleeper sofa. Plenty of room for camping. The bathroom is on the main floor with a single vanity and shower. Washer and dryer with detergent, ironing board/iron, and laundry baskets. Bedrooms have dressers for storage. You will love the original vintage sink in the kitchen! Kitchen stocked with dishes, large toaster oven/convection, portable cooktop (no stove/oven) with 2 burners, ice cube trays, coffee maker with filters, knives, measuring cups/spoons, microwave, electric skillet, small crockpot, pots and pans. Grill is on the porch. There is a radio in the living room along with a few board/card games to entertain. Fire pit in the yard. You’ll notice there is no TV and no WiFi. What a perfect way to unplug and completely slow down to enjoy every moment with friends, family, or just yourself. *There are neighbors on most sides.* You may even see a deer or 2. Wild blackberry bushes are all around so make sure and pick some as you enter the entrance gate. See the night sky with no light pollution, breathe the clean mountain air, ramble around the space. Tootle down the mountain road and onto the highway to get to Chattanooga. Respect property boundary markers and 'no hunting' signs. Our neighbors are very private - please respect their privacy. Entrance is off County Road 29, after the gate it’s a 1/4 mile to house. You have the whole house and property of 20 wooded acres in the Tennessee Greenbelt, feel free to set up a tent or two. Our abutters are very private - please respect that. Get to our place easily, just a couple minutes from the main highway. After hopping off highway, wind your way through dairy farms, creeks, and bucolic country up the paved mountain road to our private, gated driveway. If you want some nightlife, delicious food, and entertainment or outdoor activities (that make Outdoor magazine call 'Nooga the best Outdoor City in the United States), it's only 40 minutes to heart of downtown Chattanooga. Make a 15-20 minute drive to the neighboring town of Cleveland with tons of food, shopping, entertainment. Sit on the front porch and gaze at the mountains. Fire up the fire pit (bring your own wood) and make s'mores! Our spot is really amazing. Uber and Lyft are available and generally the price from the airport to the property is about $50.
